Just booked this for this weekend. Tried bidding both downtown Seattle zones on Priceline, for a 4* up to $90 with no luck. Saw this on Hotwire for $84, searching for 3 adults, concluded it was probably the Hyatt, booked and confirmed the Hyatt. Super excited, includes free breakfast, free internet and based on Tripadvisor reviews it offers free shuttle to Pikes Place Market.
