Priceline Hotel: Help ID hotel - Lancaster, PA and bidding help

Didn't find anything on wins on this site for Lancaster, PA hotels. Heading to Dutch Wonderland on 9/17, Saturday. Looking for hotel for that one night. Priceline is showing only 2* (moderate - whatever that means) and 1* economy. Hotwire is showing a 2* for $70 (only amentity showing is pool). On my own I did find a 2* HoJo in Lancaster for $69 for that night (does have a pool) and 1* for $84. My highest bid would be $60. Just looking for a place to crash so don't need anything fancy but I'd rather just drive back the same day than stay in a Motel 6. I'd appreciate any suggestions.

Since you have time, why not start at $40-$45 and increase by $5 every 72 hours over the next 2 weeks.

I bid $40 but was rejected. The only rebid area is Reading and since that's an additional 30 minutes north it's not an option (and it has 3* and 3.5* so free rebid is not an option). Will wait the requisite 72 hours and try again. Thank you.
