Hotwire Hotel: ID Help: 3* San Rafael area

I can't figure out the following Hotwire 3* for the dates Sept 27 - Oct 1 (next week):

3* San Rafael area

Amenities: Free Parking, Indoor pool(s), Pool(s), Kitchenette

Trip Advisor rating 3*

BetterBidding hotel list only shows one 3* hotel:

3* Embassy Suites (previously 3.5*)

Amenities: Suite, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Complimentary Breakfast, Business, Golf, Laundry

OR

Amenities: Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Laundry

But it shows a 2.5* that more closely matches the amenities (the kitchenette seems to make me lean toward this one):

2.5* Extended Stay Deluxe

Amenities: Suite, Complimentary Breakfast, Pool, Kitchenette

Embassy Suites has a 3.5 Trip Advisor rating, Extended Stay has a 3 trip rating.

If I use Hotels.com, Embassy Suites is unavailable for those dates, but Extended Stay is available.

Is it possible that Extended Stay has been bumped to 3*?

An upgrade of the Extended Stay America would be a likely possibility and that would be my best guess for this one.
