Palms Place has a casino? Or are they trying to say because of proximity to the Palms Casino Resort that it qualifies as having a casino? When I spoke to a Hotwire rep she said that the property is guaranteed to have a casino on site.

If any HOTWIRE purchase does not have all of the amenities shown, this would be cause for a complaint. In my experience, HOTWIRE has offered to void the purchase or issue hot dollars and keep the reservation. hot dollars may be used for a future purchase.

I'm not that familiar with the layout of the Palms Place and how it relates to the Palms Hotel and Casino, but as long as it's connected to a casino via a lobby attached to a hotel then i believe it qualifies as having a casino, as per a previous user who had an issue with a similar situation.
