Amenities are:

Boutique Hotel, Near Beach, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), High-Speed Internet Access, Free Internet

Could not find anything on the list that matched. It could be The Pearl, though you have that as 3.5-star and no free internet.

My guess would be a new amenity set and downgrad of the Pearl.
