Very cool price for a weekday stay. I guess no one wants to go to DC right before Labor Day.

Anyway, I've stayed at the Hilton before and was very happy to win this. I was aiming for any 4* in the WH area or DuPont. Hotwire had one for $96, so I would've stopped prior to that. Started bidding super-cheap at $45. At about $65, it started offering me to buy-up to $87. Kept bidding in $2 increments and got this at $76.

ETA - The best rate on the Hilton site for these dates is $127 as a prepay or $159 the "best available."
