Puerto Rico Considered Domestic Flight?

Does Priceline consider flights to Puerto Rico (STL to SJU) to be domestic? I'd like to bid on a flight but don't want to risk getting a red-eye.

Not sure if it is domestic for the 2 hour connection promo, but flights to San Juan on "name your own price" that depart during any day are scheduled by PL to arrive before 12:30 AM the following day.
