Hotwire Hotel: 4.5* Gaslamp Quarter North - Horton Plaza

I'm looking to book 7/6-7/8 in San Diego downtown area. I found a 4.5* for $165/nt (using the HOTWIRE link from here).

Amenities:

Boutique Hotel, Smoke Free Rooms, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Spa Services, Free Internet

Chances are:

Palomar?

Andaz?

Westgate (formerly 4.5, now 4)

How do I weed these out? Andaz doesn't have spa services. Westgate doesn't have a pool. It really does seem like the Palomar but a previous post indicates the same description led them to the Westgate. Will Hotwire honor a refund if the amenities do not match the actual hotel? ie, Westgate offers pool service at a nearby health club.

Any thoughts appreciated thanks!
