thereuare Posted July 22, 2005 Report Posted July 22, 2005 Thank you for posting. The topic title is perfect, i can edit accordingly, but having the zone/sub-zone there makes it a LOT easier to edit and i don't have to search and open multiple browsers to find the exact names that priceline uses <thanks>...However, priceline puts this hotel in the Philadelphia zone so it goes in the Pennsylvania forum, and instead of the topic title you used:2.5* Cherry Hill (Cherry Hill - Mt Laurel) Holidaythe correct topic title should be...2.5* Philadelphia (Cherry Hill - Mt. Laurel) Holiday InnThe correct format is: Priceline Zone (subzone) Hotel NameHopefully the above example clarifies it a bit better. Not the first time that a computer map couldn't find an address... many streets have multiple names as well as streets changing names and highways changing exit numbers. Was this your first bid in the zone?Enjoy your stay. dahammer Posted July 22, 2005 Report Posted July 22, 2005 Mapquest lists this street as Marlton Pike, but the Holiday Inn is at Rt. 70 and Sayre Ave in Cherry Hill. :) I used to work at this hotel while going to High School........ :) The Latin Casino was still in business next door and the original Garden State Park (horse racing) was still around.
biddingforhotel Posted July 24, 2005 Author Report Posted July 24, 2005 No, I was in the area many times each year. My junior high school classmate is living in the area ...I usually got AmeriSuites at $33 which is a nice hotel and great deal with complimentary breakfast ... I don't bid 3* because am afraid of hitting this Radison; I also don't bid more than $35 on 2.5* to avoid Ramada Plaza ...Well, I may not bid $34 either from now on to skip Holiday Inn ...
