joannanna Posted July 22, 2005 Report Posted July 22, 2005 I'm looking for a Pre-cruise room for a cruise coming up in August. We've never cruised out of Pt. Canaveral, so I'm a little unsure here. Are there rooms to bid on located in PC, or do you have to book a room in Orlando? If you have to book a room in Orlando, which area would be best? I guess we'd prefer something on the outskirts, making it easier to drive to the port. Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions!!Jo
dahammer Posted July 22, 2005 Report Posted July 22, 2005 Cocoa Beach will have easy access to PC, can you list your dates of travel and how many in your party?
joannanna Posted July 22, 2005 Author Report Posted July 22, 2005 There will be 4 of us travelling.Dates are: Aug. 19 - 21Thanks!!
thereuare Posted July 22, 2005 Report Posted July 22, 2005 Priceline only guarantees double occupancy... after that it's at the discretion of the hotel. I don't think this area is one to worry about too much (like you would if bidding for four in a large metropolitan city like NYC or San Francisco), but it is something to be aware of if you are only bidding for one room.If you intend on only getting one room Hotwire is also an option as they allow you to bid for up to quad occupancy.Let us know which way you're comfortable going and we'll advise accordingly. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
