PL countered with a free re-bid offer @ +$10 ($69), which I declined. Bid $60 on 2nd try and won, thus shaving a buck off prior $61 win. However, it should be noted that the saving for this single room/single night was drastically higher, since Marriott's lowest rate jumped dramatically from $139 to $219.I used BB's PRICELINE link when starting my bidding. Please do the same.
