Sorry, I am new at this. I want to make sure that I don't book the wrong hotel, thinking it was another one. I have seen what hotels people have posted, but I am having a hard time matching them to the ones on Hotwire. Maybe I could get some help. I want to stay at a hotel in the Gaslamp District and pay the hotwire price of $100-130. I really was hoping to find the Palomar one, but can't. I am staying in San Diego from June 29- July 1.

Only one hotel appears at each star rating in each zone for each set of dates. It may not be the hotel you are hoping for, and there is no way to know if the listing will change between now and your stay.

Additionally, there is only one hotel at each star rating for each set of dates - you mention two 4* hotels in the Gaslamp North zone; is one showing in a different zone and, if so, which?

Yeah I think they listings have already changed. I was hoping to find a good boutique hotel at a great deal, but after all my research through trip advisor, I realized that it most likely won't happen for the dates I chose. The only ones available now that I am interested in are Gaslamp Quarter North - Horton Plaza area hotel for $102 4* and Gaslamp Quarter North - Horton Plaza area hotel for $106 and 3*. I don't really want to stay at a chain, but it is looking that way...
