Hotwire Hotel: 4* San Diego (Gaslamp Quarter North - Horton Plaza) W San Diego

Just wanted to post my win today. Found a $103/night option with Free Internet, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Golf, Tennis, Spa; turned out to be the W as expected. However Starwood/W properties typically do not have free internet...maybe Hotwire is considering lobby internet? Seems to be showing up on many hotels.

I have been looking in the past 2 weeks and only fairly recently did The W San Diego appear as an option. Additionally, the ratings shown on the "second page" were 4/5 tripadvisor, 80% hotwire review, with hotwire ratings of:

Overall satisfaction:4

Condition of hotel: 4

Quality of service: 4.5

Room comfort: 4

Room cleanliness: 4.5

Location of hotel: 4

Finally, I did use the HOTWIRE links provided by the management :) Thanks for a great resource.

It would appear that Starwood properties are counting lobby/public space free internet as the free internet amenity (which is a new amenity for the service in general - I'm guessing that the inclusion of both "free internet" and "internet" may be a way of noting both free and paid internet at the property.)
