One Way Car Rental PDX to SFO

I have used Betterbidding for Priceline hotels in Portland and San Francisco. I have always used Pricline to bid on cars in the past. I keep getting the message from Priceline that my itinerary is not valid for name your own price cars. Any advice on how I can do so? I need to rent a car for the following dates (times are approximate):

Pick-Up: Portland, OR Tuesday, May 29th 8:00 a.m.

Drop-Off: Saturday, June 2nd 4:00 p.m.

'Name Your Own Price' one way rentals are only available in certain city pairs, and the message you're receiving indicates that this isn't one of those pairs. You won't be able to bid on PRICELINE for this rental.
