D-Rock Posted July 12, 2005 Report Share Posted July 12, 2005 I have not seen any winning bids for the Holland, MI area. We are looking to stay one night 7/15/05.Any suggestions? The only 2 1/2* hotel I could find would be the Residence Inn. Which has rates of around $129/night. We have a backup reservation at the Fairfield Inn which we could use Reward Miles. For some reason the Residence Inn will not. There are no free rebids in that area. I bid $35 on Sunday...so I can rebid on Wednesday and then twice on Thursday.(having traveling companion bid). I do not want to spend more than $60. If you think a 2* would be much cheaper I would consider that as well. Thanks for your help. Link to comment

I don't know what value your points have to you, but i would be trying closer to your maximum ($50, $55, $60) given the alternative cost.
