Neither of these properties have been reported to the board 'as is', but my guess for the Downtown property is the Hawthorn Suites with the addition of a new 'Smoke Free' amenity (all guest rooms here are non-smoking). For the South-Parkway-Florin property i think the Best Western John Jay Inn is a good fit among the likely candidates and that would be my best guess here.
