We're going out to the Three Rivers (Tumbleweed) Folk Festival over Labor Day Weekend and decided to Priceline it for our hotel. A friend, who's also going, mentioned that he had bid $43/night for a 3* hotel and the bid was accepted by the Red Lion..which is right next to the festival site.

I bid $40/night and it was accepted right away...I had thought about starting at $35 but, to be honest, $40 is fine!
