Since the cheapest room on Hotel Zoso's wesite is $97, I would have rather booked directly with them and likely get better service from the hotel. Sorry to hear if you're a bit underwhelmed with this purchase, but hopefully there won't be any difference in service levels vs. if you had booked direct, and you'll have saved at least a few dollars on this trip.
