The night of my arrival on 3/5 I tried to extend my stay for 2 nights, but the price shot up to $98/night. You can't change your request from 2 days to 1 day. On 3/6, I used the PRICELINE link to start over and here's the history:

3* East $45

MEM $52

Hacks Cross $56

SouthEast $61

Cordova $65

Downtown $67 Failed, but I didn't want to stay downtown because I'm sure parking is alot extra $$.

I ended up using the HOTWIRE link and paying $67 for Wingate By Wyndham - Memphis - Wolfchase, which is in the same area as the Hyatt Place. I've post that hotwire win separately.
