I was also pushed on time so I was unable to do my usual researching. Some 2* hotels are ok but this hotel is beyond beyond beyond horrible. I got this hotel through Hotwire. So when you first walk up to the hotel it looks alright but then you get closer and it immediately gives off a bad vibe. There was three of us and they ONLY had a queen size bed in a smoking room and the lady at the front desk did not even bother to accommodate us. The elevator sounds like it will break down any minute. The hallways are narrow and extremely long. There was no number on the door but it was written on the wall with a marker. The room smelled of armpit, ass, and smoke. It felt like we walked into a crack den and an episode of the first 48. We opened the windows and blasted the AC and nothing would have fixed that repulsive smell. My boyfriend and I needed to go buy some water and other snacks so I left my mother alone in the room. As we walked out the door I saw three men who literally looked like they were up to no good. I almost walked back into the room but thought that would definitely look wrong. I had a bad feeling on our way to our car and told my boyfriend that we were NOT staying here tonight. My boyfriend and I left our wallets and phones in the car and went back to the room to go and get my mom. This was the fastest checking-in and checking-out of a hotel. We were literally there for only 10 minutes and that was waaaaay to damn long. It was way to gross to even touch anything. This is the first time I did NOT care about money. $61 down the drain but that place is beyond filthy and so not safe to even think twice about staying the night. AVOID the Extended Stay America!!!!
