The 4* hotel matches previous reports for both the Sheraton Marina as well as the Westin, so either of these would be my best guess for this one, although i'll add that i'm not currently seeing this property offered when searching HOTWIRE for your dates.

The 3.5* is a match for the Doubletree so that would be my best guess for this one (the Quality Suites has also been reported to the board with this amenity set, but it appears this property has been taken over by a Holiday Inn Express, and the amenities above are not consistent with the amenities offered by the Holiday Inn Express).
