I have clicked on the links and am now replying.

I did forget to mention it is for 2 Adults and 2 children.

I also noticed if I search in Rancho Mirage

I get the same hotel for only $60 per night.

A property with this amenity set has not yet been reported to the board.

A guess would be an upgrade and change in amenity set for the Desert Oasis Resort, but i'm far from certain and i wouldn't be suprised if it was some other property.

No unfortunately not

But I think it may be the Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel.

If you book please let me know.

If I do I will put the answer on here as I do not have to make a choice for some time.
