I'm trying to book on Hotwire for 12/3 to 12/6 in Berkeley, CA, and would appreciate if someone could help me ID the two hotels below.

The 3*:

$86, "Our Pick", 75% positive review

Amenities: Fitness, Pool, Business Center

I suppose this could either be Four Ponits or Summerfield Suites Emeryville?

The 2*:

$66, Still gathering review

Amenities: Smoke-free, Breakfast, Highspeed Internet
