Found the Sirata hotel on Hotwire for $55. I thought my initial bid of $44 would be too low (also compared with the previous reported winning bids on this forum), but it was immediately accepted!

Was really hoping I'd get the Sirata hotel, as it does not have a resort fee (you do pay for parking/wifi).

As always, I used the PRICELINE link to book this property.

Sounds Like you have been to this property before and that this is exactly what you were looking for. Can you give a review of the resort as i am looking to find something for the same dates in the same area but am unfamiliar with what is a good place to stay around there. I'd love it if it was on the beach but more important to be a hotel that has lots of other people and where most people like to stay. Anyway, glad u got what u wanted so have a nice stay.
