Thanks, I appreciate the help. The Trip Advisor reviews are not as good as I'd like for this property.

I'd like to stay within 10-15 minutes of the airport, but want to make sure the property does not charge extra for parking. Ideally I'd like to spend around $80 per night for 3* or better. I'm thinking that both Hotwire and Priceline might not work well since free parking is hit or miss.

Only if you're able to reasonably identify a HOTWIRE property before your purchase and determine that the hotel doesn't charge for parking. However, no guarantees you'll receive the hotel guessed so there is some risk involved.

Lastly, determine the average parking charge in this area... if it's ~$15, better to save $30 on your hotel and pay $15 for parking then pay full price for your hotel and get 'free' parking.
