I paid for business class, but actually travelled in economy class which required extra charge for luggage and meals which is about 50% of the initial cost of the tickets. Easyclicktravel admitted that this was due to their software bug and promised to get these extras refunded, but after I mailed them the relevant receipts they chose to ignore all my requests and messages. So I'd like to recommend staying away from them.Boris Fine Link to comment
