Hotwire room price is $126 + $23.95 = $149.95

I called hotel to confirm is this room one or two beds. She said this hotwire rate is for 1 bed.

If I want 2 beds, the price will be $112.49 ( I immediately realize this probably the price the hotel charge hotwire for 2 beds)

So I ask since I have a pre-paid single bed room what additional money would I have to pay to get 2 beds?

She said they charge $25 more.

So for my calculation, I assume this hotel charges hotwire $112.49 - $25 = $87.49 for single bed room.

So, hotwire makes $38.51 for this room in this deal - am I correct for my estimate?

The San Marco Best Western Hotwire bid is 3 star and $50 less, but one month later. The two hotel is one black from each other and same distance to the bay at Morro Bay.

Yes, the amenities are the same. Ascot Suites do have spa inside each room. But I dislike it becuase all night I have to listen to neigboring room using their spa and motor noise.

Also, in the Hotwire amenities listed "golf near by". Well, this is false. Morro Bay Golf course is at least 10 miles away. There are many other hotels near the golf courses, than, this hotel. I guest you have to make out what "near by" means.

I ended up not booking at the Ascot Suites due to the information given by young707. We ended up booking at the Inn at Morro Bay (horrible hotel) we drove to the Ascot Suites to see this place. 1st of all the Ascot Suites is only 1 mile from the Morro Bay Golf Course as we stayed directly across from the golf course and it was 1 mile to get to this place. Also its located 1 block to the waterfront NOT 3 blocks as there are no hotels close to the BEACH the closest hotel to the beach is at least 1/4 miles. We looked at the rooms at the Ascot Suites and wished we had booked. Next time if and when we in Morro Bay I would definitely book the Ascot Suites. Just my opinion
