Priceline Hotel: 2.5* Sacramento (Downtown) Hawthorn Suites

I've been winning the 2.5* Holiday Inn Express so consistently that I almost plan on it, and I was surprised when a different hotel turned up.

First bid of $39 was accepted. The Hawthorn is off Richards Blvd, which I don't really consider Downtown, although it's close. I prefer HIE's location but at $39 the Hawthorn is also an excellent deal with parking, breakfast, and internet included.
