bdawson Posted August 22, 2011 Report Posted August 22, 2011 I want to stay in Santa Rosa,CA in September. Priceline says the avg 3 star hotel is about $159.00. How do I know what to start my bidding at, I dont expect a room for free but want a fair deal. Thanks.
