austrian Posted August 15, 2011 Report Posted August 15, 2011 First time here, just wanted to say "thank you so much" for all the excellent information here.I'm so happy with my win, think it's really a good deal.Started at $105 and 4* only, used all rebid zones increasing by $5 got it at $130. There are websites offering the hotel for more than $1400 for the same period.Tried several other options around New York and it seems to be very difficult to get a good rate at this time, the more happy :) I'm now with my win. It's our first trip to NYC, so hopefully this is a good start for a great trip.Used the PRICELINE link through this site....
