Hotwire Hotel: Help ID Fresno 3*'s

Hello. Been a long time lurker, don't post very often. Have a friend who is looking to visit up here in Fresno, and needed help identifying the 3* hotel options he has available. Looking to arrive on August 27, 2011, depart August 28. Came up with the following 3 hotels in the 3 zones he is willing to stay:

Fresno Airport: 3* $46 with Shuttle, fitness, pool, restaurant and laundry facilities.

Fresno Downtown: 3* $62 with Shuttle, fitness, pool, restaurant, business center, high speed internet access

Fresno University - Clovis Area: 3* $48 with Shuttle, free breakfast, fitness, pool, laundry

Doesn't really matter in which of the 3 zones they stay, just trying to give him an idea of the hotel he would be in. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

None of these properties have been reported to the board, but my best guess for each:

Airport - Piccadilly Inn

Downtown - Radisson

Universeity - <no guess>
