The same amenities were going for $75 from last night to this morning,. I was expecting to get Staybridge suites, I waited to make sure then the price went down to $70 for same ammenites and I got this hotel.!!

oh my mistake, My first search did not include Laundry before. Aha, that is the difference. Ya gotta be careful!!!

after my purchase i took another look and the price for the other hotel immediately went down to $65 for the next 12 hours or so then dissapeared. SO the price does go down sometimes if you wait a bit but you risk that the hotel pick will no longer be there.

I do like staying here. It is a clean hotel with all the amenities you'd expect at a homewood suite. THe staff has been very good and quick to come to the room and fix any problems. Indoor pool. Located next to Marriot Courtyard.

Interesting note, the Marriott Courtyard was absolutely void of activity and this hotel was full to almost capacity.

Rates definitely fluctuate throughout the day; it may be $70, then $67, then $72, etc. As mentioned, it should not be expected that there is significant inventory of discounted rates and these rates can disappear at any time.
