What is the best rate you're able to find at each star level thru traditional booking channels? What is your maximum bid for each star level?
???

How high do you want to go for a 3.5*/4* before considering the 3* on HOTWIRE, which seems pretty well reviewed with a 4.0/5.0 TA rating and recommended by 90% of previous HOTWIRE guests.

After getting rejected at $160 at 4*, I ended up booking Clarendon for $169 on Lastminutetravel.com. Pretty good deal since I saw $216 on traditional booking channels. I still got the $120 omni montreal via PRICELINE (earlier thread) so all in all I can't complain. Thanks all!
