I have been a passive user for years (sorry for that), but felt the need to contribute since you guys helped me out so much in the past. So here goes, first post:

Hotwire, amenities shown:

Smoke Free Rooms, complimentary Breakfast , Fitness Center, Pool(s), Business Center, Laundry Facilities (self-service)

High-Speed Internet Access, Golf Nearby, Tennis Nearby

Rooms for 59 usd / night.

Booked for 2 nights, 6/25 and 6/26 and was very happy to get what I hoped for:

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cathedral City (Palm Spring)

36-101 Date Palm Dr.,

Cathedral City,CA,92234

Tax recovery charges & fees: $22.58

Subtotal: $140.58

Turned out to be a quite ok HI Express, but Ive had better. Strange thing though: why does Hotwire considers this as a 3* while every other sites sees this as 2.5*?
