Friend of mine got one of those error-fare-tickets Budapest to Toronto for this summer (sold at ~$80 plus Tax IIRC) and now needs hotels for his stay. For his last two nights he was again looking at Toronto, and we tried for a four star. Started out at $55, raised to $58, then $60 and got accepted at:

Seems in line with the results here for this hotel, and is certainly a good deal for June. Regular rates were at CAD 264 per night for this date.
