Salem, Troutville) for every 3* down through 2* category, even with +$5/nt bonus cash, from $50 down to $35. Thus, I went and just purchased this 2* for $38 on HW, rather than mess with bidding anymore (I was out of rebids anyway and am not willing to move down to 1*). This is odd, as I've never had this problem in Roanoke and vicinity in years past.
