dahammer
The Live 8 Concert in Philly scheduled for July 2 has really pushed up rates, the Marriott is going for $269 per night!!! :) Link to comment
sharchar
Philly was a great time, what a fun city! The Marriott is a beautiful hotel. The sign on the back of the hotel door had a price of $400 (!)Parking was $32 per night, but that's just how it is in a city. Public parking across street for less, but no unlimited in and out of the lot. OK to use if you just want to park the car and use public transportation. Parking is difficult in the city anyway, so public transportation is a lot easier. We brought our bikes and had a great time getting around without having to worry about parking a car. A very bike-friendly city. Thanks for the info on this site!Sharon Link to comment
