I am hoping to book the Loews in santa monica for 6/9 - 6/12

I see that it is on the list for the 4* option in santa monica but am having a hard time seeing anyone who has recently succeeded in booking it.

Price wise I am flexible, I would love to get it for below 300.

Does anyone have any insight?

4* in Santa Monica's a tough bid. The last time anyone reported success was over a year ago. If the 4* in Santa Monica gave Priceline reasonable rates it would be a very popular bidding option.

What is Loew's Santa Monica's lowest rate for 6/9-6/12 through conventional booking channels? You'll want to check that first, so that you don't overbid.
