Hotwire Hotel: 2* Niagara Falls Super 8 North of the Falls

I had made several unsuccessful PRICELINE bids in the range of $40 for 2*-3* properties then checked out HOTWIRE and saw this 2* with the following amenities:

High-Speed Internet Access

I was a bit anxious since there are quite a few run down motels in this area so I was pleased with the end result. The hotel is located about 3 miles from the falls right on River Road and within walking distance to the Whirlpool. This is an older motel with outside entrances but the room was large and had two queen beds, a small refrigerator and was non-smoking and clean. The complimentary breakfast was adequate with muffins, toast cereal, juice and good coffee. Overall, I would stay here again as I think if offers a good value and a decent location.

Trip total: $44.69
