With only a highspeed icon there's not a lot to work with, but there aren't a lot of potential 3.5* hotels in this zone either.

My best guess is Best Western Markland Hotel, which hasn't been reported here before. It could also be Doubletree Rosemead upgraded from 3* to 3.5*. I lean towards the BW Markland though.
