I tried,

Starting from $70 to $90 not able to get hotel for 4* San Diego Coastal. My max budget is $90 but i need 4* and near Sea World.

Please help or provide any suggestion around it.

At $90 I think you're bidding too low for a June weekend.

HOTWIRE has a 4* for $219, looks like Hyatt Regency Mission Bay.

I think you need to bid more in the $90-120 range, still about 50% discount. If $90 is your limit I suggest trying for 3.5*.
