Will be in San Francisco over the July 4th (2nd until 7th).

I was wondering if this a historically high priced time of year? Any thoughts would be very appreciated. Need to know what approach to take.

Since I don't think Omni will be selling rooms for discount, let's say NO to Financial.

4* rates in USE and USW aren't especially high for your dates.

Hotwire has 4* USW @ $128 and 4* USE @ $134.

I'd start bidding at $80, up to your limit. I expect a win in the $80-110 range.
