The Powell Hotel has been reported with those icons and the 3.5 TripAdvisor rating matches, so the Powell would be my first guess. I've stayed at the Powell (which Priceline rates 2.5*) and I wouldn't call it a good value at $118. You might be able to win a Priceline 3.5* or 3* for that rate.
