Hello, the Arcade is a beautiful place (Clev is my old stomping grounds). Its a great location for downtown - walking distance to Public Square and Playhouse Square.

I hear that if you stay in a room on the north side then you can usually get on the Cleveland Library's wireless network for your computer.

My dates of stay were May 30-31, 2 nights.

The hotel was listed as a 3 star on Priceline, I believe.

I'd rate it a 3.5 or 4 star

I was very satisfied with the price, location, room, and service.
