My guess for the 4.5* is the SE, the 4* is a possible match for the Solamar, Westin Gaslamp or Indigo.

I just booked that one for a weekend in May. It is the Westgate Hotel. Read reviews on Trip Advisor that it should not be rated as a 4 star, so I'm really disappointed. I've booked 2-3 times before for a 4 star in Gaslamp and have always gotten Hotel Solamar.
