This sounds like a really nice place, but couldn't find anything close on your list. Any ideas?

We have a 2.5* Comfort Inn pre-booked (and cancel-able) room for these dates at $224 per night. We are bidding on Priceline once a week for 4*s until mid-May or so, but saw this and it may be a really good deal. Thanks.

Unfortunately this property has not yet been reported to the board.

I thought perhaps the Buckingham Hotel may have been upgraded and showing new amenities, but upon further inquiry they are currently closed for renovations. Do you need a kitchenette for this stay or what was it about this property is attractive?

the price, rating and area is attractive

I have PLENTY of time, and am bidding (using the links here) on PRICELINE or checking HOTWIRE once a week or so. I have a Comfort Inn reserved, but it's 2.5 * and I'd like to get a better star rating at least.
