INeedARoom Posted March 26, 2011 Report Posted March 26, 2011 What are these, do you think? I'm hoping for the Westin for the 4*, or the Hilton/Sheraton for the 3.5*, but there's a convention in that area that weekend, and so I don't know if it would be different hotels. Please advise ASAP so I can get a room. :)Back Bay - Copley Square area Hotel - $1134*Bed choice - Non-smoking - Fitness Center - Spa - Restaurant - Business Center - High Speed Internet AccessBack Bay - Copley Square area Hotel - $1273.5*Boutique - Non-smoking - Fitness Center - Restaurants - High Speed Internet AccessThank you very much for your help!
INeedARoom Posted March 26, 2011 Author Report Posted March 26, 2011 Whoops, for the first one, that should be:Back Bay - Copley Square area Hotel - $1134*Bed choice - Non-smoking - Fitness Center - Spa - Restaurant - Business Center - High Speed Internet Access- PoolAlso has bed choice.
INeedARoom Posted March 26, 2011 Author Report Posted March 26, 2011 Prices are now $115 for the 4*, and $130 for the 3 1/2*.Any ideas on the IDs of the hotels?
AaronJB Posted March 27, 2011 Report Posted March 27, 2011 Welcome to Betterbidding. :)The 4* would be a likely match for the Westin. The 3.5* has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but MAY be the Copley Square hotel, downgraded from 4* to 3.5* - but could also be something else.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.
INeedARoom Posted March 27, 2011 Author Report Posted March 27, 2011 I got the 4* and yep! It was the Westin! :) After doing much research, I'm thinking that the 3.5* with the Boutique listing is the Hotel 140. Very glad I went with the Westin.

2Bsavvy Posted April 21, 2011 Report Posted April 21, 2011 Sorry if silly questions, but what did reference to specific prices mean; how did you know the 4* was $115? etc., and did you use Priceline or Hotwire? A posting on Tripadvisor said Hotwire had the Westin Copley Sq at $193 for 2 queens, but I didn't see a fixed price on Hotwire like that. Have bid before and been happy with Priceline, just haven't done any of that for a couple of years. If I want the Westin on Copley Sq for 5/13-15, would I bid $115 for a 4*?Congratulations on your success!Glad to see you received the hotel you were hoping for and are pleased with the results.
