There are two different Best Westerns in this zone with similar names. Did you get the Best Western Plus-Heritage Inn (on Spruce Avenue) or the Best Western Plus-Inn Suites Airpark (on Shelby Street)?

If you won the BW on Spruce this is a new hotel for the Hotel List.

If you won the BW on Shelby it's been upgraded from 2.5* at last report.

Hopefully the OP can confirm, but I believe this is the location on Spruce and have updated the Priceline Hotel List accordingly to reflect the new star rating and clarify the street location (to differentiate this listing from the Shelby St location)
