If I bid and receive the duplicate request response, do I have to wait another 24 hours from that bid or is it 24 hours from my 1st/ Original rejected bid?

If you make a particular bid and it is rejected, then it is 24 hours from that point until you can make that particular bid again.

You can also use re-bidding.

I am normally able to get a 31 dollar hotel 3 star room in the Perimeter area. However, I notice that the SEC basketball tournment will be in Atlanta this wkend.
