IBDP Posted April 22, 2005 Report Posted April 22, 2005 Followed one of Thereuare's strategies. Bid $45.00 NMA-rejected. Added free rebid and went to $65.00-rejected. Added 2nd free rebid (I fully expected to have to close the browser and begin again)and bid $75.00- Accepted for the Sheraton Chicago Hotel and Tower. I guess it is a good price; I did not expect an accept so soon, but saves time. :)
